It was quite a day at Provision House when the E-type was delivered. Not only was this an amazing gift, but it also represented a great responsibility.

Before any work could start on the car, our first task was to develop the community project that would pave the way to the restoration.

The car had been static in a garage for at least ten years. The clutch was seized and the engine was not running. But the gearbox was in neutral and the wheels turned freely. As a result, our friendly car transporter, Brial Till, had no trouble winching the vehicle on and off his transporter.
