Progression Plus (+) - A New Recruitment Service and Jobsite for Residents and Employers
Local People - Local Jobs - Local Impact
Progression Plus (+)
Our Vision
Progression Plus (+) is still developing, but our vision is big. We’re building a social‑enterprise recruitment agency and jobsite that reinvests its income back into helping more people gain employment, training, and opportunities.
Through the integration of our programmes, recruitment and Jobsite, we aim to become a self‑funded, community‑focused employment service that supports the Black Country for years to come.
Connecting with People
Everyone’s journey looks different, so we offer two ways for people to join Progression Plus (+):
1. Employability Progression Programmes
If you have been unemployed for a while, you can join our 24 week Employability Progression Programmes. Here, you will receive:
- >Training in Business and Admin or Retail and Customer Service, or Warehouse and Logistics or Business Startup Programme
- >Work-Experience
- >1‑to‑1 support
- >Help with CVs, applications and interview practice
- >Help with applying for jobs
We’ll walk with you until you are ready to step into employment.
2. CV Masterclass
For people who already have experience but need a helping hand to get back into work, our CV Masterclass is open to the public. We help individuals:
- >Refresh and strengthen their CV
- >Recognise the skills they already have
- >Connect with suitable opportunities
If someone needs extra training, we can enrol them into one of our programmes or refer them to a partner who can support them further.
How can I join?

Connecting with Employers
Employers, we are building a social‑enterprise recruitment agency and jobsite and would love to hear from you and connect with you.
1. Recruitment – Building Relationships is Key
We work closely with employers across the Black Country who share our heart for giving people a chance. Businesses trust us because we have worked with unemployed residents to help them become work-ready:
Unemployed residents that have come to us have gone through a programme, where we have:
- >Upskilled them with sector specific training
- >Given them relevant work-experience
- >Support to help them become independent
As we build relationships with you and the residents we work with, we’re able to provide a more concrete match to your job opportunity, helping you to bring stability to your organisation.
2. Use our Jobsite – Provision House Jobs
Employers, use our new Jobsite — Provision House Jobs!
It’s a jobsite with a difference, where you can use multi-media (videos, images) to enhance you job opportunities and where we can promote roles directly to the people we support.

Part of a Bigger Journey
At Provision House, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, gain confidence, and move into a job they feel proud of. Progression Plus (+) is our pathway that helps make this possible. It brings together everything we do to support people who are ready for work — from training and work‑experience to personalised careers guidance and real opportunities with local employers
Progression Plus (+) is our recruitment service, designed to help people take the next step in their journey into employment. Whether someone comes to us through one of our programmes or walks in from the community wanting support, we meet them where they are and help them move forward.
Progression Plus (+) is still growing, but it already plays an important role in the heart of what we do. It brings together:
- Training
- Work‑experience
- Volunteering
- Careers guidance
- Business engagement
- Our Jobsite social enterprise
All of this helps us move towards our longer‑term goal of building a community‑focused recruitment agency, one that reinvests back into helping more people access training, support, and employment.
