I have had a wonderful time during my time with the provision house. All staff are very welcoming and friendly upon visit and continue to stay this way throughout.
They also offer benefits at the provision house for the community with different clubs and packages and for their trainees and members they offer benefits such as free bus passes which can become very helpful and handy travelling back and forth it’s saved me a lot of money each week so I am very grateful.
The passion and support shown from staff is impeccable, this in itself shows how much the people here actually care about their community and wellbeing of their members.
The staff here genuinely helped me get my first job and sat down with me out of their own time.
They helped me think of different questions and went through the company website of where I had applied for ensuring I knew different types of information for anything I may have been asked or spoken to about to show that I knew what I was talking about.
The lessons at the provision house are also very helpful while keeping everyone engaged and involved in the group. Group activities are performed most lessons getting students to do things in groups of 2s and 3s. This sometimes includes doing things on shop floor and potentially interacting with the public or smaller tasks set in the classroom.
Lastly, since finishing up with my time and provision house they still offer me support for things and urge me to keep in touch with them incase I ever need anything and just for them to know how I’m getting on which is more than lovely of them to do and I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone as they deserve all the support they can get.
